ExtrasLockable bike stands, a barbecue and a heated ski and boot room are also available for our guests.

Payment & DepositIn the event of booking we require a deposit to be transferred to our bank account. Only then is your booking valid. The remainder should be paid prior to departure in cash.
Cancellation ConditionsBooking cancellations are only valid in writing. In the event of cancellation up to 3 months prior to arrival no cancellation charges will be made. Up to 1 month prior to arrival a fee of 3 nights will be charged. Within a month prior to arrival you will be charged 80% of your booked stay. Austrian Hotel Regulations apply.
Travel InsuranceIn the event of cancellation, late arrival or early departure cancellation fees will be charged. Anything can happen (illness, accident etc.) Therefore we recommend you take out Travel Insurance. |
